The Palisades Community Foundation is a not for profit organization dedicated to the education, cultural enrichment and wellness of the youth and community of the six municipalities that comprise the Palisades School District: Bridgeton, Durham, Nockamixon, Springfield, Tinicum, and the Borough of Riegelsville.
